I am sending a postcard to a group of firemen in the Czech Republic. How cool! They are new to Postcrossing and like all sorts of cards. I wish I had a fireman card to send them, but I don't so I will send them this RCMP card.
My last card is also from Russia. It's a photo of a building in Krasnodar, a city in south east Russia. There are 3 stamps on the back of a Kremlin, a fox and 1 of the Ice Palace "Bolchoi" at the Sochi Olympics. It took 12 days to get here and traveled 6,610 km.
I got 4 postcards today. The first is a cat card from Belarus. Unfortunately I can't translate the words. There is 1 stamp on the back of a coat of arms and churches. It took 19 days to get here and traveled 5,545 km.
I got a postcard from the USA today. It shows the Upper Geyser Basin in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. There are 5 stamps on the back - boy scouts, the flag, 2 with famous quotes and 1 of a statue at Rockefeller Center. It was sent from New Jersey, took 9 days to get here and traveled 1,919 km.
I got a postcard from Australia today. It's a work of art called "Right way to have a kurri" (1992) by Tjingapa Davies. There is no stamp on the back, it is a pre-paid card. It took 10 days to get here and traveled 16,858 km.
My 2nd card is from Russia. It shows the Neva River and Vasilyevsky Island in St. Petersburg. There are 2 stamps on the back of the 150th Aniversary of Zemstvo-mail and the 450th Anniversary of Joint Bashkiria and Russia. It took 34 days to get here and traveled 5,245 km.
I got 2 postcards today. The first is from Hong Kong and shows Murray House in Stanley, an area of Hong Kong with beaches and a famous market. There are 5 bird stamps on the back. It took 15 days to get here and traveled 12,137 km.
